20.09.2013 Golden Kanine – We Were Wrong, Right?
With their third album, the Swedish five piece has further on honed their unique sound that comprises of a wall of snares, mandolins, trombones, banjos, guitars, fuzz bass guitar, pianos, the eventual pump organ, combined with the sonic noise of indie rock, the delicate and intimate feel of lo-fi and the more danceable parts of folk music. Thus alone would make up for a good record, but what the lads have crafted out here in terms of songs, melodies, and drive makes it outstanding.

07.10.2013 Spain – The Morning Becomes Eclectic Session
After last year’s glorious return of Josh Haden and his bandmates with “The Soul of Spain”, here comes the gift for his fans, the “Live from KCRW” Session, followed up by an extensive tour throughout Europe.

14.10.2013 Terry Lee Hale – The Long Draw
An album that stands out. Sparse, sombre, intense, full of haunting melodies and stories, with a voice that will send you shivers down your spine. This is the time to discover one of the most unique singers and guitarists of the century, Terry Lee Hale. Produced by Bob Coke (Black Crowes, Ben Harper)

25.10.2013 Andrea Schroeder – Where The Wild Oceans End
It’s only been a year since one of the most beautiful albums ever released on Glitterhouse saw the light of day, “Blackbird”, Andrea’s debut, which became an instant success amongst critics and audience alike. For those who may think, it can’t get any better than that, “Where the Wild Oceans End” will prove them wrong, big time. Recorded in a special place at the Norwegian shores, this album, produced by Chris Eckman (The Walkabouts, Dirtmusic) displays perfectly the deep, majestic and charismatic voice of Andrea Schroeder, her dark poetry perfectly wrapped into songs of intense beauty.
